Baina-Buy transaction terms:

Customers are obliged to abide by the following transaction terms while accepting the order and delivery of goods. Before you place an order on Baina-Buy or accept delivery from Baina-Buy, please read the following terms carefully:

1. The price of the ordered product is subject to the price on Baina-Buy when you place the order.

2. Please fill in your real name, delivery address and contact information clearly and accurately. Baina-Buy will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver orders due to the following circumstances:

A. Customer provides wrong information and incomplete address;

B. The cost of repeated delivery and related consequences caused by the delivery of the goods without a sign;

C. Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.

3. Security: Whether you order goods by phone or online, we will ensure the security of transaction information, and Baina-Buy authorized staff will process your order.

4. Right to privacy: Baina-Buy respects your right to privacy, and under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for transfers by national judicial authorities). All customer information we get from the website or over the phone is only used to process your related order.

5. Disclaimer: If due to force majeure or other reasons beyond Baina-Buy's control, Baina-Buy's sales system crashes or cannot be used normally, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions or loss of relevant information, records, etc., Baina-Buy will try its best to assist in dealing with the aftermath and work hard Protect customers from economic loss.

1. We adhere to the sales concept of high quality, low price, and satisfaction to serve you. All the products we sell are authentic and licensed, and enjoy the same quality assurance as the products you purchase in person at the mall; the products with quality assurance certificates shall be implemented according to the guarantee letter, and other products shall be implemented according to the relevant national regulations.

2. We promise that the transportation "insurance fee" will be free forever, and the insurance fee will be borne in the delivery link. All risks in the transportation process will be borne by Baina-Buy. If the customer receives the goods if they are damaged or lost, they only need to make a statement on the spot and make a statement. 3. We promise to pay through the online payment platform provided by our company and bear the full handling fee for the customer. However, when the customer cancels the normal order due to the customer's reason and asks for a refund (except for the Baina-buy account balance), the customer will bear the relevant procedures. Fee; no packaging fee will be charged for packing the goods.
